Week 1–2: Discovery. We define the problem, the target users and the one core workflow the MVP must nail.
Week 3–4: Design. Clickable prototypes are tested with real users before a single line of production code is written.
Week 5–11: Build. Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, so you see real progress constantly.
Week 12: Launch. Testing, store submission, analytics and monitoring — then we plan version two based on real data.
